Are you a silver sangha practitioner ?

Hi
At the moment there is no 'Silver Sangha' - it's just an idea in my head. But I do know that there are lots of Baby Boomer Buddhists out there (like me) who have been exposed to the Dharma for over thirty years or more.
So, if you are still getting spiritual nourishment after all these years, what have you learned from Buddhism these past four decades ? Dunno about you, but it's been a bitter-sweet experience for me.
Anyway, let me know what you think.

Hello Dennis, nice comments.

I have to think that I'd be a bit more grumpy without the dharma. But who knows.

One difficulty is -- was that moment of peace or a grey moment?

Hi RR
I know what you mean, but then some folks are grumpy both with and without the dharma don't you think ?
The moment of peace may or may not have been a grey (or silver) moment, but as I'm colour blind it doesn't really matter!

Hi Anonymous
Thanks for your kind comments about the blog.
Yes indeed, meditating in a rocking chair on a polished floor could be difficult, so do take care!
I'm working on a hammock meditation which could be even more tricky so I will need to do a full risk assessment first! Needless to say, it's still a work in progress...
